The location is excellent, close to Avenue Gorlero and all the restaurants. The price was fine with the hotel's discount. My room was clean, though the sheets were stained and the towels need replacing even though they were clean. I had to ask for things like soap because they forgot to put them in the room. The indoor heated pool can be reserved for an hour, which was ok, but be careful around the ceramics because you could cut your skin. The jacuzzi wasn't available, and they said it's only open in summer because of the temperatures. Breakfast options and quality were poor. People got angry waiting because there was only one slow toaster for the whole hotel, and even getting some jam was a hassle.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, and I liked the breakfast. But our room was really dirty, with lots of other people's hair and sand on the floor and in the corners. The bed was very uncomfortable, and while the bathroom was small, the shower was even smaller. They gave us one tiny piece of bar soap, so we had to buy more at the supermarket, which isn't something you need to do at other hotels. There was no hot water. I later found out the water heater had been disconnected.

The location is excellent, and both the room and hotel were good overall. The room suits a couple and has a private bathroom. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower water was extremely hot with no way to turn it cold. 👏

We were only in Punta for a day and too tired to drive back, so we took the special price we saw on Hotwire. The pictures looked ok and the reviews were decent. Check-in was quick since we'd paid ahead. The room was small but fine for one night, definitely not a long stay. Using the pool cost US$ 10 for one hour and had to be booked in advance. The jacuzzi and breakfast also cost extra. For the price we got, I'd say it was ok.

The location is nice and the rooms are ok, but breakfast needs more variety. The Wi-Fi was one of the worst I've used, with around five connections that kept dropping every minute. If you need internet, don't stay here.
