Les Chalets Apart Hotel

I wouldn't recommend it. The facilities are in very, very bad condition, and they charge fees while changing policies arbitrarily. They even charge for water and energy no matter how much you actually use. One lie after another. If you DON'T want peace and quiet, it's the ideal place. Probably THE WORST OPTION in Punta del Este.

The location is a shame because the place itself isn't recommended. Service was terrible, it was dirty and smelled musty, and although it was advertised as furnished, there was only an old mattress and a refrigerator. They charged administrative fees for no apparent reason since it's a hotel. The managers are complete scammers. I'd like to know who owns it so they can improve everything.

I lived there for over a year and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a yearly rental apartment. The location is exclusive, and the balconies have beautiful views.

The noise never lets up, and the atmosphere is awful. I was going to rent an apartment for my mom, my son, and my brother, but changed my mind and rented somewhere else. While I was stopping in the parking lot to unload, I ran into a thug who left me a sign saying he was going to deflate my tires. There's a constant smell of marijuana, and complaining is pointless because the owner knows who he's renting to. I think he must know about the poor cleaning and the pigeon droppings, which are dangerous as well as disgusting. There are a million dogs, too. I've even had to clean the elevator.
