Look Brava has been in excellent condition since opening in 2015, with spacious, modern apartments and the comforts of home for a vacation. It’s a five-star building that feels homey, with indoor and outdoor pools, barbecue grills, a tennis court, gym, game rooms, and areas set aside for children. The beach is just two blocks away. A great choice for staying in Punta del Este.
Set on a 7,280 m² plot, Look Brava is a 26-story tower at Parada 10 on Brava Beach, just 100 meters from the sea. It has views east toward the sea and Isla de Lobos, and northeast toward Barra de Maldonado. The building borders the peninsula and its shopping center, is minutes from the port, and is easy to reach from anywhere in the city. The tower offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom with maid's quarters, and three-bedroom with maid's quarters units. They range from 70 to 153 m², each with an individual terrace and barbecue area. The development is presented as exclusive, with high standards of quality and luxury, and details designed for comfort.
The facilities are in good condition, and the whole staff provided good service.
It’s 80 meters from the beach, with all amenities. Excellent construction, and the best high-rise in Punta del Este.
The building has privileged views and is good quality overall. It’s functional, with common areas in good locations, and there’s access to the sea via stop 10.
