The standout is the spectacular Brava Beach view from the middle and upper floors, and the building itself is in excellent shape. It's almost 12 years old but still looks brand new inside and out. The interior is spacious and comfortable, though the balconies are narrow and awkward to move around on once furnished. For premium apartments, details like the kitchen cabinet quality are disappointing, and the monthly maintenance fees are very high. The amenities are adequate but nothing special: a tennis court, indoor and outdoor heated pools, barbecue areas you can rent, a gym with somewhat limited equipment, a children's playroom and a sauna.
Summer beach service at Playa Brava in Punta del Este is really convenient. The upper floors also have wonderful views. It's a spectacular building, designed for year-round enjoyment, with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, children's playroom, barbecue grills and a tennis court.
I've been a tenant here for five years, and this is unbelievable. My dog is very sick and can't manage the very steep ramp up to the street. I told reception I wanted to take her down through the lobby instead, but the building manager said I had to email for permission and wait for management's response. They also said I'd be fined if I took her through the lobby without authorization.
It's in a great spot, with the beach and forest nearby for walks, and the pools are always in good condition. The whole building is very well kept. Management is good, and the groundskeepers and maintenance staff are top-notch.
