The little market just around the corner from the main entrance makes the location really convenient. Inside, the common areas are spotless, the pools are a good size, and the doormen are friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful building with excellent amenities.

The apartments are nice and have lovely views, though there are no balconies or barbecue grills. Getting around can be a squeeze: the parking spaces and hallways are very small, and the elevators get crowded. The heated pool’s temperature control is poor, and the location is so-so.

That beautiful view is a big part of why I love this place. Whenever we come to Punta del Este, I look for it first. There’s an Olympic-size pool, another heated pool, a small soccer field, a gym, lounges, and four enclosed barbecue areas with all the comforts you could want.

We always stay in this lovely building when we vacation in Punta del Este. It’s close to Playa Mansa and has good facilities. The two pools are very nice, one outdoors and one heated.

With 200 apartments and only three elevators, peak season makes this building unlivable. If you rent on a high floor, bring an inflatable mattress to wait on while you try to get up or down.
