We loved our three nights here. The room was beautiful and spacious, with an incredible view, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a nice spa, and they park your car for you. The location is great, close to everything, with endless beach walks. The hotel also has a beach club with amenities. Wonderful hotel and amazing service!

The hotel is beautiful and huge, with a clean room and a huge, clean pool. Reception speaks proper English, which really isn't usual in other hotels in Uruguay. Breakfast was a bit poor, though. You can also use beach beds and an umbrella for free. The beach restaurant belongs to the hotel, but its service could improve: the staff didn't seem very interested, didn't really smile, and didn't speak English.

The staff at the desk were very nice and helpful, and the saunas and pools were lovely. The hotel and facilities were clean and pretty; the rooms were nothing special, but comfortable and clean. Beach access is wonderful, really the best part. The location itself doesn't offer much else, with a row of identical modern condo-looking hotels and not much around. I'd stay closer to La Barra, which is cuter. Prices for food and drinks felt like NYC or Miami, way too high, and they charged us $7 USD for two bananas. We couldn't get over that. When my grandma wasn't feeling well and tried to take a piece of bread from breakfast for later, someone chased her and scolded her for leaving with food. Compared with other hotels in Uruguay, breakfast was decent, but dinner at the hotel restaurant was gross. Nice hotel, but overpriced for what the location offers beyond the beach.

Our room was very clean, and the arrangements were handled quickly. The top bar had an amazing view, and the restaurant food was good quality. They have a kids' room, with options depending on the children's ages. All the staff could speak English. We were very satisfied with the service and hospitality. Exactly a five-star hotel.
