The staff were very attentive, and the apartment I rented through Airbnb was spotless. The complex also has a games room with pool, ping pong, and a cinema. The heated pool is large and just the right temperature. It's a bit of a walk from the main building, so I'd bring a warm bathrobe, though there are changing rooms next to the pool if you'd rather use those.

I never got to visit the complex, even though I'd wanted to since last year. We booked through Airbnb, but when we arrived, the apartment had already been rented. The staff were very friendly, but the hosts were a disaster. Beware of renting from Cinthia or Nacho. A disgrace. They offered us a tiny apartment and half a refund, but there was no WiFi because they hadn't paid for it.

The building is quite nice, with very good amenities and excellent staff service. It has no usual 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Cleaning' signs, though. If you don't tell them, they'll practically barge in in the morning and will probably wake you if you're asleep.
