The staff are very attentive and ready to help, and there are plenty of shared facilities: outdoor and heated pools, a gym, tennis court, children's play area, and barbecue grills. Quartier del Mar is a modern building with two- and three-bedroom apartments and up-to-date amenities. It's one block from the Rambla, near stop 10 at Brava Beach, and a great option for a few days in Punta del Este.

You can walk to the beach in about a block, and beach service is available. The building has a pool, heated pool, tennis court, spa, gym, rentable barbecue areas, and a kids' club with games and staff to keep them entertained. It's a very friendly place, and I'd recommend it for renting or buying.

Quartier del Mar sits on Avenida Del Mar at stop 10 of Playa Brava, just 100 meters from the sea. This high-end tower is built on a 7000 mts2 lot and consists of two semi-towers, each 17 floors tall. It offers two- and three-bedroom suites, with sea views from the tenth floor upward. Its three unit layouts range from 90 to 130 m2 of covered space. The amenities and services are designed for year-round enjoyment.

Juan Mirabelles and his team made everything easy and well organized. He's a great manager, and we made good use of all the shared spaces. The tennis court was an extra bonus. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

The location and services were spectacular, and everyone working there was attentive. The beach attendants deserve a special mention. They bring out lounge chairs and umbrellas, and they're super friendly and helpful.
