The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax, and the hotel is just a few yards from beaches and restaurants. It's a good budget base in Punta del Este. The building feels very dated, though, with paint peeling off the walls and rooms that badly need an update. WiFi was terrible and only worked in the lobby. Given the cost of other places in Punta del Este, it was okay, but don't come expecting luxury.

The service was good and the stay was comfortable. The terrace has an excellent view of La Mansa and La Brava, and there’s a heated outdoor pool, gym, and lobby bar. Breakfast was an excellent, full American spread. The staff were attentive and took care of all our requests.

The location is great, and the people working there are really nice. The hotel feels old, there’s a bit of a smell, and the rooms are tiny.

I was in Punta del Este for work, and the hotel’s location right by the beach made getting around easy. My room was practical and comfortable, with a bed I slept well in, a roomy closet, cable TV, and air conditioning that worked flawlessly. The shower was a good size. Even with a window facing the side of another building, there was surprisingly good daylight. The staff were friendly and efficient. My companion used the WiFi and found it reliable and quick. Breakfast could have had more variety, but I’d happily return for another business trip because of the comfort and location.
