Heaven's Garden

The natural surroundings are beautiful, but there were a few things that made the stay harder. There’s no elevator in the building, which felt like a lot at times, and we had several power cuts. It seemed there was no generator. The kitchen and the service were both weak. Our room was okay, though not very clean, while the bathroom was spotless. A bit of renovation would help.

The mountain views and nature are beautiful, and the indoor pool was nice. But it’s right up on a peak, so don’t expect much shade from trees. The room we first got was really dirty and smelled awful. They changed it, and the new one had no smell, though it still didn’t feel fresh. Club music started in the afternoon and went on until 11 pm. The restaurant was poor too, even simple local dishes were spoiled, though breakfast was not too bad. The waiters were unresponsive, and we waited ages for food or even a simple tea. I won’t return or recommend it.

Foreign visitors, think twice before coming. We felt unwelcome because we weren’t local, and the staff had a really bad attitude toward foreign tourists. Service was slow and poor, nobody spoke English, and they made fun of us for not speaking their languages.

The nature and fresh air are amazing, and the place itself is good. But I wouldn’t recommend it to foreigners because the service was bad, with rude restaurant staff, especially on the terrace. Don’t bring kids either, this place seems meant for people looking for pleasure.
