Al Imran Hotel

I was on the third floor, where this was the only room. The water was discolored, and I didn’t want to shower with it. I told the young man at the front desk, and he came to the room to look. He said he’d never seen water that color, then called the owner when I asked to use another room. I could see some doors open and thought those rooms were vacant, but they wouldn’t let me shower in one of them. The owner said this was normal in the old city when it’s hot, so I ended up showering with that water. I’m still wondering how the staff member had never seen it before if the owner thought it was normal.

The breakfast was fresh and yummy, and the prices were so good. I could walk to all the attractions because they’re so nearby. The stay in BUKHARA was super, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you 😊

The historic centre is only a few minutes away on foot, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. It’s a new hotel with a nicely decorated interior, and my room was spacious and clean. The courtyard is beautiful and breakfast was good too.

When I arrived, they had no room for me. I’d booked through booking.com, which I think is a shitty platform, and the receptionist said he’d forgotten to check the confirmations and had given my room to other people. He then refused to cancel the reservation, saying the owner didn’t want to pay booking the fees. I contacted booking, but got no reply. The owner has 5 hotels in buchara and is super rich. Disgraceful.
