The owner is friendly, and breakfast is included. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, and wifi, though it could use updates. If you have nowhere else to go, it's a decent place to sleep.

The service was good, and our rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel is in a prime spot, with shopping and popular sights within an easy walk, along with other hotels.

The standout for me was how the staff looked after me. I left at 5 am for my flight, then realized at the airport that I’d left my passport at the hotel. The local police called them, and they quickly sent it to the airport by taxi. They wouldn’t take payment, saying I was their guest. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The hotel is well run, right at the entrance to Old Bukhara, with the city's highlights, restaurants and a shop next door all within walking distance. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, including essential AC. Breakfast was gorgeous, and the wifi was fast and reliable.

We needed a driver to take us to Khiva, and the hotel arranged it smoothly. The driver was reliable and arrived on time. The hotel itself was very good, with nice, clean rooms. I couldn't find anything negative.
