The facilities are a little old, and the shower pressure is low, but the hosts were so welcoming and helpful that I’m giving it 5 stars. They were available at crazy hours, late at night and early in the morning when I left. Breakfast was delicious, and there’s a nice cool pool.

We were happy with our stay. The workers were kind, the breakfast was decent, and the massages were very good and affordable. There was some confusion about booking the swimming pool.

2/10
The pool was in a completely appalling state on the day we arrived, as the picture below shows. The staff also came across as completely unprofessional: they charged us inflated prices for services that are cheap in the area. For example, the transfer from the railway station to the hotel cost four times what was initially agreed. It may look like a low-priced hidden gem, but the staff need to improve their quality a lot to meet any expectations.

Staying at Nurfashan Palace felt just like being at home. I came from Pakistan and travelled directly from tashkant to bukhara, and found the whole hotel quiet, relaxing, neat, and clean. The staff were awesome, friendly, and so helpful. I can’t put their hospitality and good gesture into words. The family’s care made a big impression on me. Thankyou Nurfashan. If I visit bukhara again in my life, I’ll definitely stay in this awsome heaven. As an international tourist, I highly recommend it to people from around the world.
