The beds are really hard, but I still highly recommend this place. The staff and owners were awesome and very helpful, and they arranged a great guide, Hasan. It's well placed for walking to Bukhara's main sights. If walking or taking steps is difficult, golf carts are available.

Our triple room was very large and clean, and the hotel is close to Bukhara's historic center. The rooftop terrace has a fantastic view over the old town. The reception staff were very friendly, but they brought up a service to sell us every time we passed the desk, whether hamam, massage, excursions, guided tours, or something else. It's fine to mention these options when guests arrive, but hearing about them each time got to be a bit much. Breakfast was okay, though not great.

We had a large car, and the hotel provided free parking outside. Lab hauz is only a five-minute walk away, and the main attractions are right there. The rooftop view is amazing, the rooms are large, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was amazing too. We asked for a family room, but one wasn't available the first night, so they added a bed beside a double bed to fit the four of us. The manager is a real gentleman who goes out of his way to help. I'd definitely stay again.
