The staff were kind and polite, and the design and atmosphere were really nice. There was plenty of room for three people, with useful things like a fridge, TV, and kettle. The bathroom was very clean, and the AC worked without any trouble. The location is great too, with museums, markets, and just about everything nearby on foot.

You can refill your bottle with filtered water, which is a nice way to cut down on waste. The hotel sits on a peaceful alley just minutes from Bukhara's attractions. Our room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with simple but lovely furnishings. The big windows brought in lots of light, while the shutters kept it dark and cool at night. At breakfast, food ran out quickly, so we didn't have much choice. The sheets also didn't seem to fit the bed and kept shifting around.

After we'd made the long trip with all our bags and suitcases, we were told to wait an hour. Then, after leaving us waiting, the hotel said there was no room for us because another guest had extended their stay. That's a horrible thing to hear in that situation. We were fortunate to find somewhere else nearby, but I'd advise against staying here if you want to avoid that kind of uncomfortable experience.
