Отель Volida Boutique

The hotel is nice and seems to have been renovated recently, since everything looks clean and pretty. There's road construction in front of the house at the moment (April 2025). The staff were helpful and mostly friendly.

Jam Restaurant is nearby and serves tasty Uzbek food at very reasonable prices, with a real five-star feel. The hotel itself is a lovely little boutique place, close enough to the main sights that we didn't need a cab or Yandex after arriving from the airport or train station. Our room was clean and roomy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff spoke very good English and were especially helpful. Breakfast was better than what we'd had in Samarkand or Tashkent.

I really liked my room, especially the sweet ornamental details. It was modern in the bathroom and very, very clean and well looked after. The TV, fridge and air conditioning all worked. The staff were friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Breakfast is the only meal the restaurant serves. I didn't have it, so I can't say how it was.

It's an easy walk to the tourist sights, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Finding the hotel can be a little tricky, but just follow the signs from the main road. The staff kindly arranged an earlier breakfast for us since we had to leave early for the airport, which we really appreciated. The room was clean throughout, with a spacious bathroom. It's a simple hotel with just the basics, including a TV, fridge and AC, and everything worked. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
