Breakfast needs a lot of improvement, but the people at the front desk were wonderful and showed great hospitality. Sevinch started checking in with me a day ahead and guided us so well. She and the other staff, including Mirshod, helped my family throughout the stay. Mirshod made check-in easy, and Sevinch arranged a tour guide, taxi and spa booking. Thanks to all of them.

The lobby was spacious and nicely decorated, but the breakfast was limited and unpleasant. I saw a fly on the fruit and salads, then spotted a dead one in the cucumber bowl. I told the staff right away, and they removed the whole bowl. After that, I only ate the hot cooked food. I ordered my usual sunny-side eggs well done, and was told they'd be brought to me, but they never arrived. It was my first visit to Bukhara, and I'm glad we only stayed one night. I definitely wouldn't return.

The room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. Shower water splashed across the toilet area, the exhaust fan didn't work, and there was an unpleasant smell. When we arrived, the hotel seemed closed: no staff were there to welcome us or help with our luggage, so we had to manage on our own. The stay fell short of what we'd expected.

Javohir at reception was especially helpful and hospitable, so thanks to him. We really enjoyed staying at Wyndham Bukhara. The place feels spacious and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

We were given a large room for group prayers, which was really pleasant. I stayed here with a group, and everything went perfectly. Thanks to my brother Muzaffar for the good service, and good luck in the competition.
