The staff made me feel truly welcome and valued, and their hospitality helped turn my time in Bukhara into an unforgettable memory. The hotel is near Lyabi Khause, spotlessly clean, and has a charming interior that feels warm and cozy. I had an absolutely delightful stay.

The rooms are lovely and close to the center. But the daytime staff were very pushy and unprofessional, which made my stay unpleasant. I wouldn't go back.

We had a nice stay, and the location is amazing, very close to the old town sights. Staff were friendly and stayed up for our very late arrival, almost 3 a.m. The room was compact but functional, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were happy to refill our water bottles. The only snag was that the shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. It really wasn't a major deal breaker.

The welcome and service really made the stay for us. Our hosts were decent, and the receptionist was polite and seemed to be on duty all night. The room rate included Wi-Fi that worked 24 hours. Linens and towels were spotless, almost like new. Breakfast was so generous that the two of us couldn't finish it: cheese, sausage, samsushka, jams, cottage cheese, oatmeal, and even fried eggs with sausage. Ground coffee cost extra. Upstairs, the open veranda was a lovely place to sit, meditate, or have coffee while listening to saxophone music and looking over Old Bukhara's rooftops through white sheets fluttering in the breeze. Thanks for the warm welcome and the experience.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is handy too, tucked away from a busy street in the old town with the main sights nearby.
