The room itself was okay, but the bathroom wasn't clean. Service was very average, and the people were unfriendly. There's only a lobby-like room for shared space when you enter. With no windows and cold white neon lighting, it felt uncomfortable. There are plenty of other guesthouses, and I wouldn't stay here again.

It was quiet despite being within Khiva's walls, away from the noisy streets, and the location was perfect. The owners were kind and courteous, and I appreciated the generous, varied breakfast.

The Old City sights are just around the corner, about a three-minute walk away. This clean, cozy guesthouse has welcoming, friendly owners who do their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is served whenever suits you and has a good range: eggs, bread, sausages, cheese, dried fruit, nuts, and jam. There's also tea and coffee in the common area around the clock. Highly recommended!
