The host and family were friendly, the food was great, and the rooms were comfortable.

The location is inside Itchan Kala, and breakfast was acceptable. The air conditioning worked, but the rest of our stay was awful. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms, which made the TV, usable only through an internet app, pointless. The room wasn't clean at all, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I've never slept worse. We ended up changing hotels and losing all the money we'd already paid. Our bodies and minds were grateful we left. When we arrived, there was no greeting or welcome. We were immediately told to pay $200 for the stay. I showed the person helping us proof of prepayment from both the booking platform and my bank statement, but they wouldn't accept it. My wife and I said we might go to the police, and then the payment issue was resolved. After that, we had no further trouble paying.
