The room had no window or refrigerator, and breakfast was very poor. We weren't welcomed or shown any interest, and the replies to anything I said were negative. I won't return and can't recommend it.

We spent two days in Samarkand as a couple, and the hotel worked well for the price. It's on a quiet, orderly street close to the center, with clean, practical rooms and friendly staff who were glad to help. Yandex Go makes getting around very cheap. I'd recommend it to couples staying in the city.

The room had clean sheets and bottled water, but that was about all that worked. The TV wouldn't operate in any mode, and there was no local TV or Wi-Fi. No soap or shampoo in the shower, and no napkins, tea bags, or toothpaste either. Breakfast was awful, with very little choice, and nothing like what other hotels at the same standard offer. The room looked clean at first, but was totally impractical. There's nowhere by the entrance for shoes or clothes, so taking off a coat means walking across the room in your shoes. There's no elevator. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's rubbish.
