For two nights at [Astor Hotel], I had a fantastic stay. The spacious, clean room was well-appointed, with modern amenities, a comfortable bed, high-quality toiletries, and fresh bottled water each day. The staff were welcoming and attentive, made check-in easy, and offered helpful local recommendations. Landmarks, restaurants, or transport options were within 50 meter proximity. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend Astor Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I hope to stay again.

The tasty breakfast, tidy room, nice-smelling halls, and really cosy bed made for a great stay. The hotel has a wonderful western-like feel, and the staff were helpful and nice. They even got me a cab on their expenses! If it's not too hot, there's a good tram connection from the train station, with the stop almost in front of the hotel. There isn't an elevator, but an employee helped us with everything, so it wasn't really a problem. You also have to pay a small fee to have the staff iron your clothes, as there's no free iron. Other than that, totally recommendable, we really enjoyed our stay!

I had a great time at the hotel. The staff were lovely, super kind and attentive, and helped me with all the information I needed. It was clean, well furnished, and easy going, and the breakfast was really good. The hotel facilities were more than I expected. :)

The customer service was poor. This is not a 3 star hotel whatsoever.
