The bathroom had an ant infestation, and there was a mouse inside the wall. A mosquito was trapped in the plastic wrapping around the banana sweets. We could also hear another guest snoring, despite the rooms apparently being soundproof. They agreed to do my laundry but ruined three of my T-shirts with bleach stains. Since then, I’ve heard nothing from them or booking.com.

Traveling with a small child, we were especially happy with breakfast. We’ve been on the road in Asia for six months, and this was the best one we’d had, with something for every taste. The staff checked us in quickly and were very helpful, even though we had a small dog with us. The rooms were comfortable, everything felt new, and the renovation has its own style. Since many Samarkand hotels can’t be reached by car, this place was a perfect choice for the price. Highly recommend it 💛

We were there from 02/15/2026 to 02/20. The location was convenient, everything was clean, and breakfast was really tasty.

A quiet, peaceful place with friendly, helpful reception staff. The hotel is decent and does the job, especially for the budget. Rooms are spacious, though they have no windows. The location is good, but not walkable for getting around; taxis are easy to find and cheap. Breakfast was average.

A really pleasant hotel, and best of all, quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious too. We’ll choose it again on our next trip 👍
