The hotel sits at a busy crossroads, with a bus stop nearby. Traffic, horns, and drivers and conductors shouting over one another made it noisy. Breakfast was almost cold, including the eggs, porridge, and sausages. The bed mattress was VERY HARD, and my sides hurt for the first three days. In the room, there was no cutlery or plates. They took away the disposable slippers after two days and didn't replace them. The elevator seemed broken, and it was clearly difficult for older guests to climb to the third or fourth floor. The shower drain couldn't keep up, so water spilled over the tray onto the toilet floor. There were also traces of mold and mildew in places along the silicone sealant in the shower.

The staff were polite and cooperative, and the hotel is central, within 2.5 km of all the tourist spots. Breakfast was average, and serving more of the menu hot would help. The elevator wasn't working, which made handling luggage difficult. Without shower curtains, the washroom gets challenging after each shower.

There was no electricity starting at midnight on my second night, and it had been out for over 15 hours. The washroom had no water either, so I couldn't even brush my teeth. I went outside to call the hotel and ask if the power was back, but they kept disconnecting my calls.

Our group tour moved us here after a hotel change. The breakfast was very average, and the place was noisy and poorly lit, right at a crossroads. The rooms were tiny, with little space for suitcases, and the beds were hard and narrow. The lifts weren't working either. The shower was the worst part, switching between scalding water and cold. Staff didn't speak English, and there was no English information in the rooms about restaurants or anything else.

The rooms are big, and the service is excellent and friendly. Hot water is available even outside peak times if you let it run for a few minutes. The elevator doesn't work, though. WiFi is slow and doesn't reach some areas of the hotel. They use a range extender, but it doesn't forward DHCP messages. Breakfast is standard.
