I wound up staying four nights after getting food poisoning, which wasn't related to the hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful and even came with me to a local hospital. My room was modern and extremely clean.

Muhayyo Guesthouse is near Siob Bazaar, and the bus stop is close by. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk away, or you can take a bus. My wife and I spent a week there and loved it. Prices were reasonable, the hosts were friendly, and the rooms felt clean and cozy. The furniture and fixtures were new, and the bedding was comfortable.
