A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Our first impression was poor: the room had no electricity when we arrived, so we waited for an electrician. Once that was fixed, the room was extremely hot because the AC didn’t work. The room phone was also broken, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it. Leaking bathroom fittings made things uncomfortable too. Food waste left outside another room, opposite ours, sat there for a long time and made the area unhygienic and unpleasant. The electricity failed again the next morning. We had to leave the room without even freshening up because we were running late for the airport, and again went to the front desk. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few poor options. For a peaceful, comfortable stay, I’d choose a reputed, well-known hotel brand.

A friend stayed in a regular room and said the mattress was extremely hard, like a rock, with springs. If you’re not used to a hard bed, that may not be a good experience. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We had one of the apartment rooms, which was gorgeous, with two bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The decor was beautiful, breakfast had tons of variety, and the staff were so accommodating they wouldn’t rest until you were completely happy with the service. This will be my preferred hotel whenever I’m in Tashkent.

The hotel is clean and spacious, and only 8 minutes from the airport. It gets a bit noisy at night from planes landing and taking off.

We had an early flight to Urgench and spent less than 8 hours here. The family room was enormous, though the beds were a little hard. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel has great amenities, including a gym and swimming pool, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them. Since we had to leave before breakfast, they kindly packed a selection for everyone to eat at the airport, which was a massive plus. The hotel is ideally located near Tashkent airport, less than 15 minutes away.

The facilities and service both made for a highly satisfying stay. Room comfort, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and the way the hotel is run all exceeded my expectations. It works well for solo travelers and families alike, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Tashkent.
