My room was cleaned just once during a three-night stay. They said they thought I'd be back soon. I also asked for shampoo, but it never came, so I bought some at the nearby Korzinka. The area has lots of alcohol shops and didn't feel very safe, with the cemetery as the only nearby attraction. Breakfast was awful. On the first morning, there was no buffet even though I'd paid for one. The coffee machine was broken, so all I could get was tea or instant Nescafe with milk that had apparently been sitting out for hours without refrigeration. They brought me two slices of old bread, a very old-looking salad, one slice of cheese, and two slices of cheap local salami. When I asked for fruit, they cut half a banana right beside the salami. At 8:50 the next day, there was a sort of buffet, but all the containers were empty and there was no real food.

I stay here at least twice a week because it's far from my home and close to work. The rooms are quite good, and parking, breakfast, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The staff are very polite.

After an exhausting 18-hour trip, we had to walk up three flights because the lift wasn't working. The mattress was hard and came with one small pillow. I asked for more, but they didn't arrive until I asked again the next day. The tiled corridors carried every footstep, and noisy kids plus a nightclub behind the hotel made for very disrupted nights. Breakfast was halfway decent, and one receptionist was friendly. She was also the only person who could understand English. The plain entrance, poor facilities, and employees who need training make me think the hotel should close until it fixes these problems.

The service was probably the worst I've ever experienced, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. I was incredibly disappointed. The whole stay felt like a joke, with no real value for customers. They clearly don't prioritize the people who keep the business going. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.
