My stay was stressful and really disappointing. The room was dirty, dimly lit, had no slippers, and the towels were worn and questionable. After check-in, the staff, including housekeeping and especially the hotel manager, acted unprofessionally and disrespectfully, and they ignored my complaints. The hotel also seems to work with local taxi drivers to mislead guests. In my case, the police had to help resolve the problem, and only part of my payment was refunded. I strongly advise against staying here if honesty, safety, and respectful treatment matter to you.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and that costs them two stars. At $50 a night, it’s something you need. The rest was just okay. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, but the place still seems overpriced. I wouldn’t come back.

This was much better than the last hotel I stayed in. The AC actually cooled the room, and it stayed cool. Seoul Mun and other attractions are within walking distance.

The Wi-Fi is awful and only works downstairs. The rooms are missing some important furniture and equipment, and the corridor lighting isn’t great. On the plus side, the staff are friendly, the location is good, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the main road, metro, and bus stations. Breakfast is good too.

The service was awful. The rooms were dirty, and even after I asked several times, nobody cleaned them. The staff were rude, and they played loud music at night so it was hard to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
