10/10
The location made it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and attractions, while the hotel itself stayed quiet enough to relax. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of choices. I also liked the warm atmosphere and the care put into the details. The staff were professional, incredibly friendly, and always willing to help. My room was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I had a wonderful stay, it exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

It's an expensive choice for what you get, and the location isn't great if you want to walk to the city's attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well designed, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, prompt staff, and good amenities. Breakfast looked lavish, but most of it was cold and didn't have much taste. Only the porridge and fried eggs were warm.

Breakfast is meant to run until 10:00, but by 9:30 there was nothing left and they weren't replenishing it. The floors were dirty and very sandy, the rooms had poor soundproofing, and the hotel charges fines for dirty towels. This hotel really isn't suitable for Europeans.

It's a decent hotel for a stay, but it doesn't meet the expectations of someone looking for a 5 stars hotel. For the same price, you can find better options.

I've never had worse customer service. The food was tasteless, and I doubt they change the beddings between guests. There were several long hairs on the bed sheet.
