In all my travels across 15 countries, this was the worst place I've ever seen. No AC, no fan, no water, no WiFi, and a terrible location. It's a really pathetic place. I advise you never to come here.

After booking through Booking.com, we were charged more than the price listed online. When we arrived, after walking about 4 km from the metro station in the sun, the staff demanded extra money and treated us very badly. It ruined our trip. I feel this hotel cheats international travelers, so be aware if you book here.

I booked ahead, but on arrival they said they had no record of my reservation and wanted more money. The staff were unhelpful and had no proper manners. A very disappointing, unprofessional experience. I can't recommend this hotel.

The administrator lady was friendly and sorted things out, which I appreciated. We had prepaid online, but there wasn't an empty room when we got there, so we waited around 40 minutes. The location isn't the best, though at least it's not a Sergeli.

A peaceful stay with wonderful hospitality. Very nice hotel, I'd happily stay here.
