The location is okay, but there's nothing within walking distance. Our room windows faced another window surprisingly close by, so we had no privacy unless we closed the curtains and blocked the daylight. The bed sheets, towels and general cleanliness were very average; some had yellow stains that raised questions. The staff, though, were super friendly. When we checked out, the young woman at reception offered us tea while we waited for a cab.

The group leader said this was the best 3-star deluxe hotel he'd stayed at in Uzbekistan so far, and my group of 22 Indonesian travellers all enjoyed it. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are kind and friendly. One tip if you need quiet: ask for a room below the 4th floor, since the restaurant is on the 5th.

I got lost after the hotel gave the taxi driver the wrong address, and that really disrupted my trip. The staff hardly spoke English and didn't speak Turkish, despite saying they did. Before booking, I asked about early check-in and was told it would be no problem. When I arrived, the receptionist wanted extra payment; I showed her our messages, but she said nothing could be done. I accepted the charge and stayed, but the whole experience felt like a nightmare.

Breakfast was a problem: the food seemed unwashed, and if you came after 9, there was hardly anything left to eat. The administrators and staff didn't seem interested in resolving issues. I spent two nights here, December 12-13, 2022. My room was on the 4th floor, and they hadn't mentioned at check-in that the restaurant was directly above. They moved me to the 2nd floor the next night, but the noise was still very harsh. The hotel has no sound insulation. Afterward, they reported me to Booking as a no-show, so I couldn't rate my stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

A good spot, with a lovely hotel and a nice breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again.
