They even have secure luggage storage if you need to go to another area for a few days, which was new to me. After checkout, they stayed in touch and offered to mail an item we'd accidentally left behind. That says a lot about their honesty and care. The team were welcoming and accommodating, and throughout our stay they went out of their way to look after us. The atmosphere at and around the property felt respectful and inviting, and we were comfortable and welcome the whole time. I've stayed at many hotels, but this one's thoughtfulness stood out. I'd gladly return.

We spent two nights in a suite at Shamsan Hotel and had a lovely stay. The view from the suite made it even more enjoyable. It was clean, comfortable, and well prepared with everything we needed to relax. We'd be happy to stay again.

The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable. The rooms were tidy too, and I enjoyed my stay. A pleasant experience overall.

My chicken Sadj took about 45 minutes to arrive, and several pieces were raw in the middle. The dish was poorly cooked, which is completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective. Very disappointing for a hotel restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was huge and clean, and having a balcony was a plus. The location is good, about 10 minutes from the airport, and the service was convenient and good.
