A letdown. The rooms are dirty, and the staff can barely communicate.

The room was freezing, and they wouldn't turn on the heater even when I asked. I had prepaid 100$. After three awful nights, they didn't return the 200000 soums they owed me when I checked out. They also falsely accused me of smoking in the room and threatened to file a complaint with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I didn't understand why the ministry was involved. The owner Gulom acted very badly. He withheld my money, accused me of libel, and threatened me. This is an experience I'll never forget or forgive. I hope it comes back to him and that God holds him responsible for his misconduct. The whole stay was horrible, and the staff were very rude.

I can't understand how this place got a 4.5 rating. The staff were rude and disrespectful, and the rooms had poor hygiene. Everything about it was horrendous and disgusting. I'm surprised it's still in business.

There were good moments and bad ones, and I’ll keep all of them close. I’m going to miss this place so much. 🖤
