2/10
The air conditioning in our four-bed room wasn't working, and the room was extremely hot when we got back. We told the staff right away, but they said nothing could be done. They wouldn't move us, offer a discount, or suggest any other fix, and made no effort to sort it out. We were in a hurry when checking in and hadn't noticed the problem then, though the hotel took full payment at check-in. It made for a very uncomfortable stay and a disappointing level of service. I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on this experience.
