I ran into a serious problem during my stay, and the receptionist really went out of his way to help me. That kind of support is rare, and I’m very grateful to him.

The staff were always smiling and helpful, especially Miss Sevinch, who I’m grateful to. My room was cleaned every day, and the orthopedic bed was very comfortable. There’s a mini fridge and kettle in the room, with water, tea, and coffee provided daily. Breakfast has a wide buffet selection. The hotel is in the city centre, within walking distance of a shopping mall and public market, with various restaurants nearby.

The rooms were clean, and the location worked well. Breakfast was really good too, with delicious food. I’d recommend it and would come back.

The room was clean, and the location was good. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked. For the price, I expected friendlier staff and a better breakfast, but it was generally alright.
