It's a good, quiet hotel, and street noise didn't bother me. My room had a toilet, air conditioning, a soft bed, and a hot shower. I got sick, and they brought hot water to my room. Thank you for the service.

The location made it really easy to get around the city, and the staff were amazing. Thanks so much to everyone for the great service.

For the price, this place is way overpriced. I got a run-down, dirty room with no window, no air conditioning, and no other vents for fresh air.

I stayed in central Caracas and enjoyed my time here. The hotel was clean and organized, and I'd come back.

I've only visited this place once, but someone is now trying to hijack my email account from here. I tracked the IP address I got from the intent that blocked the attempt before they succeeded. If you visit, please don't share personal information with anyone, or be near someone you don't know there.
