There's a good restaurant and bar, and the service around the hotel is top-notch. The rooms are great value, too. Puerto Ordaz has only one casino, and this is it. They also have a huge bingo hall and live shows every weekend.

The rooms are so spacious, comfortable, elegant, and cozy, with a classic feel. Staff are warm and attentive, greeting you by name from the smiling welcome at the door through to your departure. For entertainment in Puerto Ordaz, this Hotel Casino is hard to beat: games, raffles, surprise prizes every day, Karaoke Thursdays, and live shows each weekend. 20 out of 10 from me.
