Fine, really fine.

The hotel is rundown. The room's lighting was terrible, its general condition wasn't very good, and it wasn't clean.

The cost doesn't match what's provided. Rooms are dusty and barely lit, the air conditioning is awful, and nearly every TV has a mark on the screen. There's no internet either.

What makes this hotel excellent is the staff, who are attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and outstanding. The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, and it's great in almost every way. We did find the pool a little dirty, though. Luxury amenities aren't all that make a hotel excellent. Bravo!
