I'm scared by how awful the service was. I've never stayed at a hotel with service this terrible. Be careful if you come here.

For 450k VND, the quality was better than I expected. I booked a two-bed double room on the second day of Tet (Lunar New Year), and the room felt new with all the amenities in good shape.

What a terrible experience. The receptionist and service staff were unprofessional, and the hotel seemed to be run like someone's own home. When the door couldn't be locked, the receptionist said it was okay. Leaving it open sounded like making things easier for robbers. I don't understand why this hotel is still in business.
