I've stayed at both Ravatel Inn Hotel and Ravatel Style Hotel several times on work trips, and the helpful, cheerful staff have been a constant, from the valet and front desk to housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable, a great place to rest after a long day, and the amenities were good. I enjoyed the restaurant food too. I'd recommend staying here whether you're in Bac Giang for work or visiting with friends or family. You won't regret it! ＼(≧▽≦)／

During my quarantine, the staff made several extra efforts to help me feel at ease on my first visit to a completely new country. The place was very clean and well stocked, and the price was reasonable. The service was amazing, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam.

The breakfast spread was good, and the hotel has a gym and takes credit cards. Its location is great, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. It's a four-star hotel, with a professional and kind staff.
