It's a newer place, so the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of them. Prices are reasonable too. Breakfast still isn't very good, though. Maybe because it's Chinese-funded, more than 90% of the guests are Chinese. It's on the outskirts near the general hospital. Grab is available, so getting around isn't bad. Smoking is allowed in the lobby and guest rooms.

The price and value are worth five stars, though it's a pity the restaurant isn't fully finished yet. Expectations have to stay modest for now. Hopefully the owner won't raise prices too much when everything is complete.

The rooms are clean, and breakfast is pretty good. Restaurants aren't nearby, which is inconvenient. The lowest rate is 950k VND, though booking through the app may cost less.

The staff's attitude was poor. How can a hotel of this size fail to train its staff properly?

I was very comfortable during my stay, and the hotel service was excellent. I'd highly recommend it.
