We spent one night here. It was okay in some ways, but the place wasn’t clean or comfortable. There was mould on the wall/window, which is a serious health risk for guests. That should be cleaned as soon as possible.

We only stayed one night, and the room was nice. The hotel itself is nice too, and breakfast was simple but good. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Bích Tram went out of her way to help with a tea factory trip, a taxi, and booking bus tickets. After we left a jacket in the room, she even sent it to us by bus. She really is a customer service superhero. Thanks!

The room felt nowhere near 30 square meters, maybe 18 at most. The noise was awful too, with cars and trucks honking and kids yelling at the soccer field. They did help us check out early. I won’t come back.
