Sandals Hotel

The staff were friendly, but the room itself was in awful shape. Mold, peeling wallpaper, and a big hole in the wall. It was also extremely noisy, with truck horns coming right through the walls.

I left feeling humiliated by the breakfast arrangements. At check-in, we were told breakfast would be a buffet at the nearby Sandals Vista branch, but when we got there, we were offered a set menu while other guests had the buffet. My children kept asking why, and I had no answer. We ordered chicken pho, waited 25 minutes for two bowls, and found feathers mixed in with the vegetables. The chicken also seemed to have been boiled overnight. The room was hard to sleep in because the window shutters were broken and wouldn't close, and nighttime car noise echoed in the car. There were no emergency exit signs, and the emergency exits were dark. If a fire started, I'd probably jump right away. A terrible, unforgettable stay.

The rooms were clean, tidy, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. Sandals Hotel – Bao Loc is right in the city center, with transportation and places to eat easy to reach. It worked well for a comfortable stay, whether traveling for leisure or business.

The hotel's convenient location and clean, well-equipped room made for a memorable stay. The staff were professional and friendly from the moment I arrived, and the room had useful amenities like air conditioning and a hairdryer. I was very satisfied and would recommend it to friends and family.
