Sandals Vista

A heads-up about rain: the street floods when there's heavy downpour, so watch where you park. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They cleaned my suits for a nearby wedding and had them back quickly the next morning. The rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was nice, and the fresh juices were delicious. We were quite satisfied and would come back someday. :)

After a long trip, the cozy bed and pillows were a real treat. The bathroom was clean with good ventilation, and the hot shower felt like tropical rain. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the restaurant's beautiful windows were the standout. The hotel spa is worth trying too. A neat, pleasant hotel.

I was welcomed with smiles and a nice drink, and the location is perfect. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and the service good, if not great. I think the team has listened to earlier complaints and is making significant improvements. I couldn't try the breakfast buffet because it was low season. The Bún Bò from the à la carte menu was really bad, especially for someone like me who loves Bún Bò. The service, though, was still good.

The front desk area was super gorgeous and clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was smaller than I expected and a bit expensive, but we loved our stay. Highly recommend!
