The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the food they made was really good. It’s a local tribe’s “black ha nhi” mud house, with basic amenities and comfort. In February it was about 12° indoors, though the rooms are sheltered from wind better than other homestays nearby. Rooms have a bed, clean sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. One has its own bathroom; the other shares one with the dormitory area. There’s a big parking area.

The owner was very kind, and the place was clean and comfortable. Hot water and warm blankets were available. If you’re up in the mountains and need a good rest, I’d recommend staying here!
