At 10PM, when we arrived with two room bookings, they wouldn't let us check in unless we left our passports at the front desk. We explained that we needed to keep them and pointed out the copy machine right there, but the woman was rude and wouldn't even speak with us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean, and I liked the atmosphere. The food was good, though a bit too sweet for me. The staff were nice. There was still a lot of unfinished work around the property, which seems to be under development.
