Doi Ngoai Bien Phong SPA Hotel

The staff were lovely, always smiling and enthusiastic. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the room had a TV and fridge. It was fine for a single night, though I wouldn’t want to stay longer. It’s an old hotel with some refurbishment, including fresh paint and a few new fittings. The bathroom has a new shower and sink with a small water heater, but they look out of place in the worn, dated room. There’s no bedside lamp, just a very dim wall light or a super-bright white strip light. Corridor lights stayed on all night, and light came through the door windows, making it hard to sleep. The balcony doors don’t fit well, so you can hear everything from the busy road just outside. The tea sachets had live ants inside. The bedding was old and torn, and the sheet had already been patched. They really should just buy a new one.
