The reception staff were efficient and considerate, and I wanted to like the place, but the room design was so poorly thought out that I wouldn't stay here again. We had a King Studio with floor-to-ceiling glass, which brought in lovely sunlight, but the air conditioning couldn't keep up with Can Tho's intense heat. Other guests had also complained about the hot rooms, so read the reviews carefully. The glass couldn't be opened, and there were no windows for fresh air, so we spent all four days breathing stale air. The bathroom was very dim, hot water was rare, and the water pressure was extremely weak. There was no bedside table or reading light either. With all of that and the distance from the town center, this wouldn't be somewhere I'd return to in Can Tho.

The room felt quite new, and the staff were REALLY nice. There’s tea and water in the lobby, and the price is reasonable. The hotel is environmentally friendly, so hot water can run out early because the heater uses solar power. Vietnam is so hot, though, that this wasn’t a big problem for me.

The room felt cramped for two, and the view from this old residential area wasn't nice. At night the air conditioner was noisy, and from 9 pm to midnight it didn't blow cool air even with the temperature set to 18 degrees. It was uncomfortable, though I know you can't expect too much at this price. The staff were friendly, which was the one good point.

The best things were the quiet location, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and an easy check-in and check-out. But the design is really uncool, and the windows and AC need attention. The glass runs from ceiling to floor but doesn't open, so it brings in no fresh air. The AC couldn't handle the room's heat. During the day, and even at night, there was no privacy unless you kept the curtains closed. They should have added a white curtain alongside the thick dark one.

It’s an inexpensive, basic place with what you need, including a private bathroom and clothes hanger. Everything inside was clean and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no free breakfast, but you can get a drink from the station before heading out to enjoy Can Tho cuisine.
