The people were so kind, and made the most delicious breakfast and dinner. Our bungalow was clean and had everything we needed. It’s made of wood and right by the water, so it really felt like sleeping in the jungle. I’d recommend this place if you want to unwind in the beautiful Mekong delta surroundings.

The room was disgusting, dirty, smelly, and full of insects, and the food was filthy and totally unhygienic. The lights barely worked. Check-in was a joke and completely unprofessional, while the staff were rude and unwelcoming, acting like they couldn’t care less. The tour was ridiculously overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. When I refused to buy it, their attitude suddenly changed. Honestly, it felt like I got scammed in the country I love most. There was nothing special about the place. A total disappointment and not worth anyone’s time or money. 😡

The private bungalow was lovely and spacious, with a double bed, a bathroom stocked with all kinds of necessities, and a terrace overlooking the river. I spent two nights there, the most relaxing of my life. There were very few people while I was there, so my tour was practically private. Nhatthien was super kind and helpful, and I appreciated how helpful and kind the staff were too. The road to get there is a bit rough because they’re building it. There’s no direct access to the main road, but it’s a five-minute walk. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the best place. One of my best experiences in Vietnam. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can book tours on site. We recommend the floating market tour. But this place is far from the city, with no direct access: you have to walk about 300 meters from the main road. We were moved here because renovations were happening at the place we originally booked, probably under the same owner. Our bungalow was shared by three or four rooms, each with its own bathroom. The big problem was the lack of privacy. The walls stop short of the roof, so you can hear everything. Each room’s bathroom sits inside the neighboring room in the bungalow, just one or two meters from your bed and head. You can hear the neighbors using it at any time of day or night, which isn’t nice. Bats, fireflies, and even geckos come in at night, while butterflies, wasps, and bees are common in the day. We were disappointed by the lack of privacy and the toilet situation.
