The six-hour Mekong river tour was a highlight for me, even though it was pricey. The guesthouse is clean and the staff are very friendly. It's around a 20-minute walk to the riverfront, which seems to be the center. The mattress was quite hard, and I found it odd that payment was required upfront. I suspect that may have been because of nearby construction, which was very noisy. I know the guesthouse can't really control that, and hopefully the work won't last forever.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They suggested good local food and arranged bus tickets with pickup from the hotel. There's a small market across the street for fruit and vegetables, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk away. The location is okay. The room was fairly clean, with hot water, a TV, and AC. For this price, you get much more than expected. Highly recommended.

We'd gladly stay again. The room was clean and amazingly quiet for a place in the middle of the city, since the hotel sits back from the road. The staff were lovely, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The WiFi could be better, but it was well worth the money. One tip for finding it: Google Maps driving directions sent us in circles, so get within about 500m and then switch to walking directions.

This is a family-run place, and the room was very clean, though the decor looked a bit old. The receptionists were kind and answered all my questions. They also helped me book a Grab bike to Lotte Mart, about 2km away. I booked a standard double. Its windows faced the corridor on one side, so there was no view, but that was fine with me since I was moving to another hotel near the riverside.
